My father-in-law worked part-time as a travel agent after he retired, and he always used consolidators. That’s what they’re called in the travel industry. They buy blocks of tickets from the airlines at a discount and re-sell them. You might try searching for “airline consolidators” and see what results you get.

I usually find som pretty good prices on the website hotwire.com.
I will suggest one thing though. If it’s at all possible change your departure and an return days. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays are the least traveled days and therefore you can get much lower prices, sometimes surprisingly so.
For example, I search a flight for your group on hotwire.com for Fri, Feb 17 until Fri, Feb 24. The cheapest flight available is $654. But if you just shift the dates to the 18th and 25, the cheapest price is $457, almost $200 cheaper. If you leave Wed, Feb 14 and return Thur Feb 22 it’s $229!

Play around with dates, you might be surprised.

Also you might not be able to leave from Boston. It might be cheaper to leave from Manchester or Providence.
